Wherever possible, we claim available funding from ACC, POAC or Te Whatu Ora based on your assessment and relevant service funding criteria. If funding is declined for any reason, the consultation fee remains payable.

Available Monday-Friday 8am-3pm excluding public holidays - please allow 2 business days for your prescription to be processed. We encourage all our patients to request a new prescription at least one week in advance. You can request via our website, email nurse@bakerfield.co.nz, or through your Vensa Patient Portal.
If you identify any issues with your prescription, please let us know within 3 business days by emailing nurse@bakerfield.co.nz. Using our Urgent Care to resolve prescription issues results in a standard urgent care charge.
Run out of medications? Your pharmacy can dispense an emergency 3 day supply while your prescription is sorted.
